Aakash Saha

Aakash Saha has a diverse work experience starting with being an intern at Ixia in 2016. Aakash then worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Keysight Technologies from 2017 to 2020, where they collaborated with multiple teams and stakeholders to develop customer-focused software systems. Aakash also played a role in standardizing test specifications and researching conformance solutions related to Time-Sensitive Networking for Industrial IoT. From 2020 to 2021, Aakash worked as a Full Stack Engineer at MSCI Inc., where they actively engaged with clients, collaborated with various teams, and delivered data science and AI services. In 2022, they joined Compass as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development of the Centralized Help Center, which reduced support costs by 1.5 million USD. Currently, Aakash holds the position of Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead at Blox.xyz, where they lead a front-end team and achieved impressive results such as delivering the world's fastest microsite in the real estate domain and significantly reducing marketing expenditure.

Aakash Saha received a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata from 2013 to 2017. Aakash later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at ESMT Berlin from 2024 to 2025. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Advanced Google Analytics from Google Analytics in January 2022 and in Android App Development from Webtek Labs. In 2013, they became the Indo-US Robo League Zonal Round Champion under the institution Technophilia Systems Private Limited.
