Popy Sophia

Popy Sophia has a diverse work experience in human resources and general affairs. Popy worked as a Lead HR for South East Asia at BLS International Services Ltd starting in 2023. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at PT. Shing Pak Services from 2019 to 2023. Their responsibilities included recruitment, payroll management, employee data maintenance, and coordinating with third parties. Prior to that, they worked as an HR GA Supervisor at PT. IINO Indonesia from 2017 to 2018 and as an HR GA Senior Supervisor at PT. Mitsui Soko Indonesia from 2014 to 2017. In these roles, they handled recruitment, payroll, training, employee data maintenance, and managed processes such as Kaizen and ISO.

Popy Sophia attended STIMI HANDAYANI from 2001 to 2004 and obtained a Diploma of Management with a field of study in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Popy also has additional certifications in ISO 9001 2008 and ISO 9001 2015 from the respective institutions.
