Arunkumar Ramakrishnan

Arunkumar Ramakrishnan has extensive work experience in the field of intelligent automation and contact center operations. Arunkumar is currently the Director of Intelligent Automation and Enterprise CRM at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as the Intelligent Automation and Transformation Lead from May 2013 to March 2022. In this role, they managed the contact center service delivery for global telecom customers, reducing cost per transaction and supporting initiatives to improve customer sales. Before Cognizant, they served as the Director of Operations at Sutherland Global Services from September 2004 to April 2013. In this position, they expanded contact center operations globally and led various projects, including speech analytics and revenue share models. Arunkumar was responsible for over 1000 employees and generated significant revenue through contact center services.

Arunkumar Ramakrishnan began their education at St.Thomas Matriculation Hr Sec School from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Subsequently, from 1999 to 2002, Arunkumar attended Madras University, specializing in Mathematics, and obtained a B.Sc degree.
