Jean Cooper

Jean Cooper has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jean started their career as an Application Support Analyst at HealthSource Inc in 1994, where they provided production support, conducted training, and tested changes to the Provider and Capitation application. Jean then moved on to Covenant Health as an Application Support Analyst, where they worked on developing data flow for the Government Division and provided production support for provider and capitation data. Jean later joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as a Consultant in Health Informatics and Data Warehouse, where they developed and implemented various applications supporting multiple divisions. Currently, Jean is a senior IT manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, responsible for the Health Engagement domain.

Jean Cooper attended Manhattan College from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Additionally, in November 2021, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance.
