John Ciesco

John Ciesco has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. John began their career in the United States Department of Defense, where they served in senior management positions, including Director of Operations and Senior Project Manager. John was responsible for overseeing training, planning, and coordination of personnel within the department.

In 2014, John transitioned to the private sector and worked as a Senior Operations Manager for Custom Communications, Inc. John then joined TrialCard as a Senior Program Manager/Project Manager, where they managed multiple projects and programs, including financial tracking, forecasting, and budgeting.

In 2016, John joined Blue Cross NC and held several positions, including Business Information and Financial Consultant, Chief of Staff to CIO, and currently as the Director of IT Portfolio Management. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing financial operations, strategy development, communications, and administration within the IT division.

John Ciesco obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from East Carolina University between the years 2002 and 2006. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a TS/SCI certification from the US Government in April 2011.
