Diane Hallock, CF APMP, has extensive experience in marketing and proposal management, currently serving as the Director of Proposals and Client Intelligence at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since April 2012. Hallock directs the Proposal and Intelligence Team to enhance client engagement through research and data analysis. Previous roles include Manager of Sales Proposals at Blue Cross, Principal at Hallock Communications, and Director of Communications at Jeffrey Slocum & Associates, where significant achievements include managing proposals for national accounts and streamlining marketing processes for various financial institutions. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and undergraduate study in Journalism at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
