Allison Domz is an accomplished operations and maintenance leader with extensive experience in managing large teams and optimizing processes across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Operations at Blue Diamond Growers since September 2019, Allison leads a team responsible for finished goods packaging in the global Snack Nuts division. Previous roles include Senior Maintenance Manager and Facilities Manager for JLL, focusing on preventative maintenance and operational excellence for Amazon fulfillment centers. Experience also includes Outbound Operations Leader at Target, Value Stream Manager at Zodiac Aerospace, and managerial positions at PepsiCo - Frito Lay, showcasing a strong background in safety, quality, and performance metrics. Allison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Systems Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
