Matt Wilson serves as the Sr. Innovation Insights Manager at Blue Diamond Growers since February 2021, focusing on consumer insights to drive innovation for Blue Diamond Almonds and Almond Breeze. Prior to this role, Matt spent a decade at General Mills in various senior insights management positions, leading teams that supported product development and marketing strategies across major brands including Nature Valley, Totino’s, and Old El Paso. Matt has also contributed to the marketing field as the President of the Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association and has experience as an adjunct professor and lead marketing consultant. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Luther College.
