Ritika Subhash has held various roles in the education and consulting industries over the past 12 years. In 2018, they began their role as Business Development Territory Head for Asia and the Indian Subcontinent at Blue Duck Education - Mangahigh.com, where they were responsible for the growth of a personalized, adaptive mathematics learning program. Ritika also served as a Children's Book Author at Voyage Education India, where they authored two rhyming books for children.

Prior to that, Ritika worked as an Operations Manager at Standard Capacitors, a leading manufacturer of electrical power factor improvement devices. Ritika was responsible for marketing, customer service, and business development. From 2011-2018, they worked at Educational Initiatives, where they held the roles of Project Manager, Zonal Manager - Product Implementation, and Zonal Manager - MindSpark Support. In 2010, they worked as a Business Analyst at Hay Group, where they handled set-up, execution, and delivery of feedback reports for surveys.

In 2009, Ritika worked as a Business Analyst at Huron, where they were part of a 3-member team that revamping the hospital's insurance verification processes. Ritika also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University in 2008, where they were responsible for administrative activities for the professor. Additionally, they held an Intern- Digital Forensics role at Huron Consulting Group in 2008.

Ritika Subhash obtained a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School in 2008. Ritika also holds a Bachelors of Technology in Computer Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, which they completed in 2007. In addition, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals certification from LinkedIn in October 2016.
