Graham Lau

Graham Lau is a Research Scientist at the Blue Marble Space Institute of Science since October 2017, contributing to an international community focused on building a sustainable future and public scientific engagement. As Director of Communications and Marketing at Blue Marble Space, Graham develops social media strategies, marketing, and content development for the non-profit organization. Additionally, Graham hosts the monthly livestream show "Ask an Astrobiologist" through SAGANet and co-leads communications for the NASA Astrobiology Research Coordination Network on life detection. Experience includes leading educational trips for institutions such as the Smithsonian and National Geographic, consulting on digital presence, and writing for Sciworthy. Graham holds a Ph.D. in Geological Sciences and Astrobiology from the University of Colorado Boulder, where prior research focused on geochemistry and astrobiology. Educational background also includes degrees in Biology and Chemistry from York College of Pennsylvania.
