Lissette Rodriguez

Lissette Rodriguez is the Managing Director - Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Blue Meridian Partners since July 2019. Prior to this role, Lissette served as Chief Program Officer at The Edna McConnell Clark Foundation from 2010 to June 2019. Lissette also held the position of Senior Vice President for Field Development at YouthBuild USA from 1999 to 2010. Throughout their career, Lissette has demonstrated a commitment to social impact and equity, with experience in various leadership roles within the nonprofit sector. Lissette holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Boston University.
