Steve Grice

Steve Grice has extensive experience in various leadership and technology roles. Steve is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Blue Motor Finance Ltd, where they are responsible for technology, product, and the direct-to-consumer business. Prior to this, Steve founded and served as the Managing Director of IGESIA Consulting UK. Steve also worked as the Chief Information Technology Officer at Vive and held the position of Managing Director at Elevate Credit International Limited. Additionally, Steve has held several senior positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, RBS Insurance, Churchill Insurance, Capital One Financial Services, and Barclays. Throughout their career, they have displayed a strong focus on technology innovation and customer-centric solutions.

Steve Grice attended De Montfort University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Accounting. Steve then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration at the same university in 2004-2005.
