Guilherme Santos

Guilherme Santos has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple industries and roles. Guilherme currently works at Blue Orange Digital as a Senior Data Engineer and a Data Engineer. Before that, they were a Data Engineer at Data Meaning. Prior to that, they served as an IT Specialist at Banco Original and as a Cientista de dados at Banco do Brasil. Guilherme also worked as an IT Consultant at CAIXA Seguros SA and ANVISA, and as a Senior System Analyst at COMP LINE Informática and Ministério da Educação. Guilherme Santos began their career as a System Analyst at Caixa Economica Federal. Throughout their career, they have acquired a strong background in data engineering and analysis.

Guilherme Santos has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from IESB, which they started in 2001. Before that, they completed their high school education at Leonardo da Vinci, where they obtained their 2nd Grau degree in 1998. Prior to attending Leonardo da Vinci, Guilherme attended Belmont High School. Guilherme is currently pursuing a degree in Administration de Empresas at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they started in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Guilherme has obtained several certifications. Guilherme obtained the Hands On Essentials - Data Warehouse certification from Snowflake in January 2022. In August 2021, they completed various courses from Matillion Academy, including Building a Data Warehouse using Matillion, Matillion API, Matillion ETL Variables, Migration, Working with Semi-Structured Data in Matillion ETL for Google BigQuery, and Working with Semi-Structured Data in Matillion ETL for Snowflake.
