Paul Knight

Paul Knight has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Paul started their career at Eastern Pretech in 1996 as a Plant Engineer and Project Engineer. In 1999, they moved on to Tarmac Building Products Ltd, where they held various roles including Production Manager, Works Manager, Technical Manager, and Technical Director. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at Blue Phoenix Group, where they served as the Managing Director for Blue Phoenix UK, Chief Operating Officer, and eventually the Chief Executive Officer.

Paul Knight earned a BEng Hons in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey from 1991 to 1995. Paul then pursued a Diploma in Management (Level 4) from the Chartered Management Institute from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, they completed a Senior Management Development Programme from Cranfield College in 2004. Prior to these qualifications, they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Construction from Somerset College of Arts and Technology from 1989 to 1991.
