Cam Shana Golladay Caps

Shana Golladay, CAM, CAPS has a diverse work experience in the property management industry. Shana began their career at Pickering & Co as a Community Manager from September 2003 to October 2006. Shana then worked at CFLane, LLC as an Administrative Assistant from April 2007 to June 2011. Shana then joined Hawthorne Residential Partners as a Community Manager from June 2011 to November 2014. Currently, they are the Director of Education and Training at Blue Ridge Companies, a position they have held since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Education Coordinator at Blue Ridge Companies from November 2014 to October 2019.

Shana Golladay, CAM, CAPS earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Shana attended the university from 1997 to 2000.
