Carla Klingler

Carla Klingler is the Director of Plan Administration at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates and has been a member of The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) since 1985. Carla is also a pioneer in the pension and consulting industry, specializing in ESOP and 401k plans. With a background in Economics, Finance, and Accounting, Carla has extensive experience in developing and providing ERISA plan services and consulting. Carla has held various leadership roles in companies such as PyraStar Pension Group, Inc. and Paragon Pension Services, Inc. Throughout their career, Carla has been actively involved in promoting ESOP awareness and developing educational programs to help American businesses grow and sustain through the use of ESOPs.
