Michael J. Dubose

Michael J. Dubose is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the healthcare and industrial supply sectors. Currently serving as Executive Advisor at Blue Sea Capital LLC since 2024, Michael previously held prominent positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2019 to 2024, including President of the Corporate Account Customer Group and President of the Fisher Healthcare Division. At Thermo Fisher, Michael directed large teams and managed critical healthcare agreements, while fostering partnerships during the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior to this, Michael excelled in various roles at W.W. Grainger, Staples, and Corporate Express, leading national and international sales efforts, enhancing customer relations, and driving growth across multiple business segments.
