Matthew Hostutler

Matthew Hostutler has a strong background in executive leadership and program management. Matthew currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. Prior to this role, they worked at AMERICAN SYSTEMS as the Vice President/Director and Program Manager. Matthew also held the position of Vice President at EMSolutions, Inc, where they played a crucial role in growing the company's revenue and overseeing strategic planning. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Avtec Systems and as a Software Applications Development Engineer at MITRE. Matthew has a proven track record of successful leadership, business growth, and project management.

Matthew Hostutler earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Meteorology (with a minor in Mathematics) from Penn State University from 1995 to 1999. Matthew then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Telecommunications from the University of Maryland from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from The Johns Hopkins University from 2003 to 2006. Matthew also graduated with a High School Diploma in College Prep from Coatesville Area Senior High School from 1991 to 1995.
