Hannah Johnson has over 16 years marketing experience working in digital and integrated agencies. An ideator, writer and relationship builder she is a proud generalist always looking to build new products, launch campaigns that can change the world and stay curious.

In her most recent role at Blue State, Hannah holds the position of Executive Director, Global Marketing & Partnerships. She has been instrumental in winning new clients including UNHCR, Save the Children, ONE.org and Tesco. Hannah has also served as Managing Director, where she managed a European team and focused on growth, profitability, and client acquisition.

Her experience spans various industries and roles, demonstrating their expertise in marketing, client management, and strategic leadership.

She has a BA in English Language and Drama from the University of Birmingham. A Diploma in Outcome & Impact Measurement for International NGOs from NCVO and a certificate in Digital Marketing from Econsultancy and Squared Online by Google. Hannah has also engaged in executive education at Bayes Business School, focusing on Marketing/Marketing and Financial Management at Cambridge Judge Business School. She has served as a trustee for the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI).
