Marie Shaw

Marie Shaw has worked in the field of Learning and Development for over 35 years. Marie began their career in 1985 with WAWA, INC, where they served as a Course Designer and Store Manager, Store Operations Technology Trainer, and Assistant Manager. In 2008, they joined MARSHALLS DISTRIBUTION CENTER as a Training Manager. Marie then moved to Dollar Tree Stores in 2012, where they held the role of Enterprise Training Manager. In 2021, they joined Dollar Tree, Inc. as Manager, Supply Chain, Learning and Development. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Learning and Development Manager at Blue Water.

Marie Shaw's education history includes a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management (BHRM) from MUHLENBERG COLLEGE, obtained between 2004 and 2006. Marie also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Accounting and Finance from ATLANTIC COMMUNITY COLLEGE, obtained between 1982 and 1985. Additionally, Marie has a Human Resources Generalist Certification from the AMERICAN MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, and an EMT Certification in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) from MONROE COUNTY VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL SCHOOL.
