HOW YOU’LL FLY

You'll help to bring more patients their bluebird days by:

  • Leading monthly close activities, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis
  • Contributing ideas to improve processes and procedures and gain system efficiency
  • Working with R&D and G&A business partners for the purpose of constructing accrual journal entries for monthly close processes.
  • Supporting the quarterly reviews and annual audit process with the external auditors.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You’re the bird we’re looking for if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required with 3+ years of experience in an Accounting role (biotech industry experience strongly preferred)
  • Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • CPA or demonstrated path towards CPA certification is a plus
  • Oracle experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and data integrity
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven business

Location: Somerville, MA (Flex Hybrid or Remote)
