Sheila Austin

Sheila Austin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sheila has held various roles in Learning and Development, starting from 2005 with Softchoice where they served as an Account Manager and later became an Inside Sales Supervisor. At SHI, they worked as an Account Executive before joining Purolator in 2011. At Purolator, Sheila worked as a Training & Program Specialist and later became a Learning and Development Consultant, handling corporate, leadership, and sales training programs. Currently, they are working at BlueCat as the Vice President of Learning and Development. Overall, Sheila has demonstrated expertise in training, development, and leadership roles throughout their career.

Sheila Austin obtained a BA in Media Information Technology from Western University between 2000 and 2005. In 2011 and 2012, they earned a Certificate in Organizational Development/Adult Education from Sheridan College.
