Mary Clubb

Mary Clubb has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Associate in the People department at Bluecore since April 2021. In this role, Mary focuses on talent acquisition for an AI-driven retail marketing platform. Prior to Bluecore, Mary was a Recruiting Associate at Nace Partners, a search firm dedicated to connecting talent with companies across various levels of funding and growth from January 2020 to April 2021. Previous positions include internships and fellowships at Colgate University's Shaw Wellness Institute and Women's Lunch Place, as well as a role as a residential counselor for a summer enrichment program at the Curry School of Education. Mary Clubb earned a Bachelor's Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies with a minor in Women's Studies from Colgate University in 2019.
