Jonas Geust

CEO at Bluefors

Jonas Geust has extensive experience in various leadership and management roles. Jonas is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Bluefors, a position they have held since October 2023. Previously, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO of Bluefors from August 2022 to October 2023.

In addition to their role at Bluefors, Geust has held several board positions in different companies. Jonas was the Chairman of the Board at Helvar starting from October 2020 and has been a Member of the Board of Directors since May 2016. Jonas also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at PS Audio Design Oy starting from May 2020.

Prior to their involvement in the board positions, Geust held senior positions at Patria, where they were the Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management from January 2022 to August 2022 and the President of Systems from September 2018 to January 2022.

Geust's experience also extends to the technology sector. Jonas was the CEO of Rightware from January 2013 to August 2018 and a member of the Board of Directors from August 2010 to June 2013. Jonas also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Rightware from March 2017 to February 2020.

Earlier in their career, Geust was the CEO of Havainne Oy from April 2010 to December 2012 and the Managing Director of Oy Caravell Ab from November 2009 to April 2010.

Geust's career began at Nokia, where they held various management positions in sourcing and supply line management from June 1994 to April 2002. Jonas then served as the Vice President of Quality from May 2002 to December 2003, the Vice President of Nokia Nseries from July 2004 to October 2009, and the Director of New Growth Business from January 2004 to June 2004.

Jonas Geust attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 1990 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Prior to that, they studied at the Tekniska Läroverket i Helsingfors from 1987 to 1991 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
