Pankaj Joshi has had a diverse range of work experience. Pankaj started their career as a Programmer Trainee at the Indian Institute of Petroleum in 2002. From there, they worked as a System Engineer at Navigant Technologies Private Limited, where they developed VOIP solutions and gained experience in Contact Center Solutions and networking.

In 2005, Pankaj joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Technical Lead. Pankaj was involved in automation and testing of soft-switch components and led the test team for the Service Management Center. Pankaj also led the development of the Gcommon Platform for High Availability.

In 2010, Pankaj moved to Sonus, where they worked as a Senior Technical Lead and Associate Manager. Pankaj built a new Functional and Automation test team for the S-IMS solution and was responsible for functional and automation testing of the Sonus Session Border Controller. Pankaj delivered various SBC features and ensured compliance with 3GPP IMS standards.

In 2013, Pankaj joined Verizon Labs as a Technical Manager. Pankaj built a high performing team from scratch and was responsible for product delivery to Verizon's U.S. Wireless Network. Pankaj deployed Verizon Internet Services Platform and Verizon Private Cloud Platform products to nationwide distribution and cloud datacenters.

Most recently, Pankaj has been with BlueJeans by Verizon, where they started as a Senior Manager and is currently working as the Director of DevOps Engineering.

Throughout their career, Pankaj has demonstrated leadership and technical expertise in various roles and industries.

Pankaj Joshi completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Software Engineering from an undisclosed institution from 1999 to 2002. Pankaj has also obtained several additional certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in January 2018, Intro to Python for Data Science Course from DataCamp in November 2017, Netapp ONTAP Storage Cluster Administration from NetApp in November 2017, and Docker Deep Dive, Intermediate Python for Data Science, Python Data Science Toolbox -1, and Python Data Science Toolbox -2 from various institutions, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
