Rasika Shete

Rasika Shete has worked in a variety of roles in the software engineering industry since 2014. Rasika began their career as a Software Intern at GraciousSoft Technologies LLP. In 2014, they also became a Programmer Analyst at Softwing Software Solutions. In 2019, they were a Research Assistant at Portland State University, and a Software Developer at GridWorks IC. In 2020, they were a Software Engineer at Coders Data, where they developed processing and flow of data using Spring Boot, and implemented Java EE components. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at BlueVolt, where they are working in an agile team to design and implement software features and solutions, as well as improve the performance of an E-learning platform. Rasika is also heading the company's Integrations department.

Rasika Shete began their educational journey in 2010 when they attended the Maharashtra Institute of Technology Aurangabad, where they earned a Bachelors of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering. In 2017, they pursued a Master of Science - MS in Computer Science at Portland State University, which they completed in 2018. In 2022, Rasika began a Master of Science - MS in Project Management - Agile Lean at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
