Kimberly Raguso

Kimberly Raguso has extensive experience in customer success and service management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Bluewave Technology Group since February 2023. Kimberly previously held the position of Pricing and Implementation Manager at Sky Technology Partners from January 2021 to February 2023. Earlier, Kimberly worked as a Partner Service Manager at Global Cloud Xchange from August 2006 to December 2019 and as Manager of Service Delivery at Fibernet Telecom Group, Inc. from 2000 to 2006. Additional roles include Regional Business Manager at Qwest Internet Solutions/Icon CMT from 2000 to 2001 and at Qwest Communications from 1995 to 2001, as well as various administrative positions at Allnet Comm and Allnet Communications from 1990 to 1996. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Iona University, earned in May 1988.
