About the Opportunity

Blumira is a SaaS company that delivers an easy-to-use and approachable cybersecurity platform to SMBs and midmarket customers through multiple channels (MSP, Direct, Reseller, and self-serve PLG). We are seeking an exceptional VP of Product to drive our product vision and strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary and collaborative leader to make a significant impact in a high-growth, customer-centric organization.

As the VP of Product, you will work cross-functionally to realize the vision of our executive leadership team through a matrix organization that includes Product Strategy, Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Design & Research, and Technical Partnerships. You will collaborate closely with the co-founder & CTO and CEO to ensure our product roadmap aligns with our business goals and delivers exceptional value to our customers.

Role Expectations 

  • Product Strategy: Work with the co-founder & CTO and CEO to define and execute the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and customer needs.
  • Product Management: Lead the product management team to develop and prioritize the product roadmap, working closely with R&D to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with the go-to-market functions to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and launch strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth across all channels.
  • Product Design & Research: Foster a customer-centric approach to product development, leveraging user research and data-driven insights to inform product decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Technical Partnerships: Bridge the gap between R&D and Business Development to identify and nurture strategic technical partnerships that enhance our product capabilities and market reach.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • SaaS Product Lifecycle Management: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our SaaS product, from ideation and development to launch and optimization, ensuring a seamless and value-driven customer experience.

About You

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a high-growth environment.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing product teams.
  • Proven ability to drive product innovation and differentiation in a competitive SaaS landscape, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact and customer value.
  • Working familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape, particularly in the SIEM, XDR, EDR,  and MDR space.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization and with external partners.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer value and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Salary: $240,000 - $280,000
