Luis Carvalho is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Executive Chef and Head Chef at bartlett mitchell since August 2015, Luis brings expertise in high-quality food preparation and kitchen management. Prior roles at BaxterStorey from January 2009 to July 2015 included positions as Sous Chef, Chef De Partie, and Kitchen Porter, showcasing a progressive career in the culinary field. Luis is also a graduate of Westminster Kingsway College, having attended from 2012 to 2013.
