Marc Schulz

Marc Schulz has extensive culinary and management experience, currently serving as Betriebsleiter at Bayer since February 2018 and as Executive Chef at Deutsche Hospitality since March 2015. Previously, Marc held the position of Executive Chef with Jumeirah Group from September 2013 to February 2015, and at The Hotel at Auburn University & Dixon Conference Center from April 2012 to August 2013. Earlier roles include Souschef at Breidenbacher Hof Düsseldorf from June 2008 to March 2012, Küchenchef at Romantik Hotel Mangold from January 2007 to May 2008, Küchenmeister at Steigenberger Akademie in late 2006, and Souschef at Gut Mydlinghoven from February 2005 to August 2006.
