Nitsa Kalispera

Nitsa Kalispera has extensive experience in the music industry. Nitsa currently holds the role of Bertelsmann Supervisory Board Member at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. Prior to this, they worked at BMG - The New Music Company, where they held various positions, including EVP Global Recorded Music Supply Chain Operations and SVP Global Recorded Music Supply Chain Operations. Nitsa also worked at GRK Management & Consultancy as a Managing Director, focusing on app development, content strategy, and digital distribution of music. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Universal Music Group and EMI Music, where they were responsible for label operations and digital operations.

Nitsa Kalispera holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business Management from the University of Northampton.
