Emanuele Bonetti has a diverse work experience in the field of digital marketing and communication. Emanuele started their career at InterContinental Hotels Group as a Marketing Specialist. Emanuele then moved on to Best Western Italia, where they worked as a Web Marketing Specialist and later as a Web Marketing Manager. In these roles, they focused on lead acquisition, search engine marketing, display advertising, direct email marketing, and social media marketing to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

Following their time at Best Western Italia, Bonetti joined Nestlé S.A. as a Digital Communication and E-Commerce Manager, responsible for planning and managing web activities for Nestlé Purina. Emanuele worked closely with brand managers and communication managers, coordinating web agencies in various activities related to planning, development, delivery, and advertising.

Bonetti's most recent experience was at BNP Paribas Cardif, where they held multiple roles. Starting as a Digital Marketing Manager, they launched and managed the company's business-to-consumer website, focusing on user experience and content delivery. Emanuele also coordinated external agencies and local IT teams for the development of digital platforms. Later, they were promoted to Head of Digital Marketing, responsible for the overall digital strategy and activities aimed at improving the customer experience. Emanuele collaborated with the R&D department to accelerate the digitalization process and create value for partners and customers.

Bonetti's current role at BNP Paribas Cardif is Head of Digital Customer Experience. Here, they are responsible for all corporate digital properties, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for customers. Emanuele works closely with journey owners and partners to design and update customer journeys, incorporating UX/UI guidelines and implementing new approaches and techniques.

Emanuele Bonetti earned a Master of Science degree in Economia del Turismo from Università Bocconi in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Università di Pavia from 1998 to 2003, where they studied Political Science. Emanuele also studied Political Science for a year at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2001 to 2002.
