Dewanna Graham

Dewanna Graham serves as the Global Head of Talent Practices at BNY and previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Brown Brothers Harriman, including SVP, Global Head of Talent & Development, VP, Global Head of Talent Advisory, and VP, Senior Talent Advisor. Prior experience includes the position of Head of Development for Global Banking & Markets and Global Private Banking - US at HSBC Securities and various roles at Bank of America, including Business Support Manager and Learning & Leadership Development Consultant. Dewanna holds a Master’s degree in Adult Learning and Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers University.
