Bob Lisanti

Director of Player Development at Bo Jackson's Elite Sports

Bob Lisanti has had a long and successful career in the sports management industry. Bob began their career in 1996 as a professional baseball player with the Chicago Cubs. In 2000, they began their career as a player representative with RMG Sports, a small two employee Baseball Firm. As Director of Recruiting, they lead the effort to grow organically by signing 30+ new clients and over an 8 year period they tripled their client list and more than doubled annual revenues. In 2009, they moved to Octagon Sports Management in their Baseball Division, where they are responsible for building and maintaining a book of business, including personalized marketing plans for clients, contract negotiation, arbitration preparation, client consulting, and employee management. In 2016, they became Director of Player Development at Bo Jackson's Elite Sports.

Bob Lisanti completed their high school education at Fenwick High School from 1988 to 1991. Bob then attended the University of Notre Dame from 1991 to 1996, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Bob'story. In 2009, Bob Lisanti obtained a certification as an MLBPA Certified Agent from the Major League Baseball Players Association.
