Ronaldo Sachetto has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ronaldo began their career at Usanet as a Credit Coordinator, where they coordinated the credit team at Wal-Mart conglomerate and successfully implemented loss reduction for the Private Label card. Ronaldo then joined GE Capital as an Operations Supervisor, where they implemented the credit system for the Wal-Mart conglomerate and managed the team of the Private Label Card. Later, they worked at Orbitall as a Project Consultant, developing the new platform for Customer Services and improving the Siebel CRM system. Ronaldo then joined Banco Santander as a Gerente de Projetos e Processos, where they managed projects and processes. Ronaldo furthered their career at Equifax as a Process Improvement Leader, implementing BPM and Lean Manufacturing to reduce costs and increase revenue. Ronaldo then joined Boa Vista SCPC and assumed various roles, including Gerente de Governança e Qualidade de Dados, Superintendente de Operações e Dados, and ultimately Chief Data Officer (CDO) / Director of Data Intelligence. In this role, Ronaldo was responsible for data strategy, acquisition, governance, quality, and monetization. Ronaldo also led digital transformation initiatives and implemented Business Intelligence projects. Ronaldo has also taught as a Professor at Ibmec and FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
Ronaldo Sachetto earned a Master's Degree in Administration de Empresas from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2014. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Project, Processes and Business of Technology at IPT - USP from 2006 to 2008. Furthermore, Ronaldo obtained a Systems of Information education at Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André between 1999 and 2002. Apart from their degrees, they also hold certifications in Lean Manufacturing from Equifax Inc., Black Belt from Werkema e Banco Real, and PMP from the Project Management Institute.
