Monté Wylie, M.S. is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently, Monté serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Boart Longyear, starting in March 2023. Previously, from August 2020 to March 2023, Monté held various roles at Amazon, including Strategic Talent Engagement focusing on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in Amazon Digital Entertainment, and Recruiting Leader for Student Programs, where expertise in recruitment for over 15,000 professional hires was demonstrated. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where Monté progressed from Branch Rental Manager to Group Talent Acquisition Manager, ensuring operational effectiveness and nurturing talent acquisition teams in multiple states. Monté's initial role in education as an Instructor at The Princeton Review laid the groundwork for a career dedicated to recruiting and developing diverse talent.
