Kaitlyn Kelly is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Social Events & Youth Activities Manager at Boca Grove since April 2022. With a strong background at The Breakers Palm Beach as a Guest Service Coordinator since October 2017, Kaitlyn excels in guest interaction and service delivery. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Manager at The Boathouse Country Club, where responsibilities encompassed managing food and beverage operations and overseeing the valet team, and at Old Marsh Golf Club, where event coordination was key. Kaitlyn initially gained experience as a Student Intern at The Boathouse Country Club and is a graduate of Florida State University, completing a degree in 2016.
