Ruth Segura

Ruth Segura has extensive experience in operational management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Bodega Taqueria y Tequila since February 2018, Ruth has previously held the position of Director of Operations & New Restaurant Openings at Menin Hospitality from December 2014 to February 2018. Prior to that, Ruth served as Area General Manager and General Manager at Menin Hospitality. Ruth's career began at RICE HOUSE OF KABOB, LLC, where Ruth worked as Regional General Manager from March 2012 to November 2014.
