Liz Dellums currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of People at Beachbody, overseeing a team that delivers strategic, full-cycle human resources with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, total rewards, global benefits, and HRIS since June 2019. Previously, Liz held the position of Group Vice President of People at Howard's, and served as a Board Member at The TCW Group while providing comprehensive HR support as Vice President of Human Resources for the firm from June 2017 to June 2019.
