Peter Droessler

Peter Droessler has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles in the manufacturing industry. Peter is currently working as a Senior Engineer Manager at Bodine Electric Company, where they supervise engineers and hourly employees to achieve company objectives. Previously, they worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Spectrum Brands - Rayovac, taking responsibility for a cell line's effectiveness. Peter also served as a Supplier Quality Engineer at John Deere, establishing relationships with suppliers and ensuring quality items are addressed promptly. Prior to that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Bodine Electric Company, overseeing motor component manufacturing and implementing Lean and 5s principles. Peter also had experience as an Engineering Manager at Daleo Machining Inc. and an Industrial Engineer at Latitude Corp, where they undertook large projects, developed estimates, and ensured customer needs were met.

Peter Droessler completed their bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 2001 to 2008. In 2013, they undertook a Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance Course through On Site Training. From 2014 to 2016, Peter pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
