Stefan van Stiphout

Stefan van Stiphout has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Stefan began their career in 2004 with an internship at Werner & Pfleiderer - Haton BV. In 2006, they completed a graduation internship at Bodycote Rheintal Wärmebehandlung AG.

In 2009, Stefan joined RedesignMe B.V. as a Jr. Innovation Manager, followed by a role as Jr. Account Manager from 2010 to 2011. During this time, they also wrote their graduation thesis on the impediments to adopting co-creation in medium and large organizations.

Later, Stefan joined Bodycote in 2011 as an Ass. Production Leader, followed by a role as a Project & Sales Executive from 2012 to 2017. Stefan then served as a Business Improvement Project Engineer from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are the Business Operations Team Lead - SAP S4/HANA, responsible for leading the Business Operations Stream and overseeing its design, realization, and model deployment.

Stefan van Stiphout completed their education at Eindhoven University of Technology from 2006 to 2011, earning a degree in Innovation Management. Prior to that, they attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Product Design and also studied Mechanical Engineering.
