Shujaat Ahmad

Shujaat Ahmad is an accomplished leader in people analytics and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), currently serving as the Director of People Analytics at LinkedIn since October 2017, where Shujaat built a pioneering team focused on leveraging insights to address the Future of Work. In addition to this role, Shujaat acts as the Global Co-Chair of the Embrace Employee Resource Group, driving initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion across 33 global offices. As the founder of Belong & Lead, Shujaat aims to transform workplace cultures for greater purpose. Experience includes leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting and The Wharton School, where Shujaat teaches DEI Analytics to MBA students. Educational credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
