Kathryn Bertram

Kathryn Bertram has extensive experience in education and fitness, currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at Bodyplex Fitness since May 2022, where Kathryn teaches RPM and GRIT classes. Kathryn has been a 4th Grade Teacher at Barrow County Schools since June 2020 and previously taught at Commerce City Schools and Clarke County School District, receiving accolades such as the 2020 Commerce Middle School Teacher of the Year. Kathryn's teaching background includes developing curriculum and utilizing technology to enhance student learning. Prior experience includes leadership roles in initiatives aimed at reducing childhood obesity through HealthMPowers and teaching in urban educational settings with diverse student populations. Kathryn holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science from Georgia State University, a certification in Elementary Education from Penn State University, and a BA in Psychology from Colgate University.
