Amanda Jones

Amanda Jones is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in translational pharmacology and project management. At Boehringer Ingelheim, Amanda served as Principal Scientist and Group Lead, managing a team of seven scientists while delivering high-quality in vivo studies to advance late-stage portfolios toward clinical development. Previous roles include Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist, where Amanda contributed to the development of pharmacology strategies and led interdisciplinary research teams. Amanda's academic background includes a PhD in Animal Science from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in Animal Sciences from Cornell University. Additionally, Amanda has demonstrated leadership through organizing professional events for emerging animal science professionals and executing large animal in vivo research trials.
