Kathleen Jolivette

Interim VP & GM, Vertical Lift, Boeing Space & Security at Boeing

Kathleen Jolivette is the interim vice president and general manager of Vertical Lift for Boeing Defense, Space & Security. In this role, she is responsible for a portfolio of rotorcraft capabilities and aircraft that includes the AH-6 Little Bird, AH-64 Apache, H-47 Chinook, MH-139 Grey Wolf, V-22 Osprey and future vertical lift solutions, such as DEFIANT X. Jolivette is responsible for program execution, customer satisfaction and business growth, overseeing operations in Arizona and Pennsylvania, while serving and supporting customers in the United States and more than 20 countries.

Most recently, Jolivette was vice president of Attack Helicopter Programs and the senior site executive in Mesa, AZ. In this role, she led employees responsible for the design, production and delivery of AH-64 Apache and AH-6 Little Bird helicopters for the U.S. Army and allied defense forces around the globe.

Jolivette joined Boeing in 2002 as an intern and progressed through positions of increasing responsibility within the Finance function and across core areas of supplier management, procurement cost analysis, accounting, contracts, estimating/pricing, financial planning and program cost management and international business development.

Boeing leadership roles of distinction include: director of United States Army Services for Boeing Global Services, director for V-22 Domestic Programs, chief of staff for the Office of President and CEO, and director of investor relations for Boeing Defense, Space & Security.

Jolivette served in the U.S. Army for eight years, and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lindenwood University and an executive Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a member of the Army Aviation Association of America, the Association of the United States Army and the Vertical Flight Society.

Jolivette was awarded a 2019 Leadership Excellence Award from the National Defense Industrial Association’s Tennessee Valley Chapter and the 2020 Professional of the Year Award from the American Indian Science and Engineering Society.
