Kristen N. Winsko

Kristen N. Winsko has over 20 years of experience in the investment management industry including work as an institutional sales representative and mutual fund wholesaler, a regulatory manager, and as counsel. She previously served as Senior Counsel at Lincoln Financial Group. She has also served as Counsel to one of the largest fund administrator/distributors, advising with respect to hedge funds, wrap programs, custody, distribution, and transfer agency services. She provided legal support to one of the industry’s leading wrap program sponsors, including product development, marketing review, board support, and compliance. In addition, a large portion of Ms. Winsko’s legal practice was dedicated to drafting and negotiating various contracts and agreements, from software licensing to consulting agreements, all in connection with the investment management industry . Before her legal career, she spent several years developing relationships with, and wholesaling to, investment advisers and broker-dealers with respect to wrap programs and institutional products.

Ms. Winsko also serves as the General Counsel for the World Tang Soo Do Association and Foundation, providing a broad range of legal services in such capacity. Ms. Winsko also volunteers her time with the Homeless Advocacy Project. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Widener University School of Law and has a Bachelor’s of History degree from Villanova University. Ms. Winsko holds the Series 7 and 24 licenses.
