Bima Devanda Manggala Putra

Bima Devanda Manggala Putra is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving in the People & Organization Development role at Boga Group since January 2024. Previously, Bima contributed to the Agency Learning & Development team at Prudential Indonesia, managing extensive training data for up to 1,000 participants daily, and worked as a Human Resources Assistant at PT Peruri Wira Timur, developing performance appraisal tools and maintaining employee records. With a background as an Assistant Psychologist at Lembaga Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Psikologi Terapan, Bima has conducted various psychological assessments and managed recruitment processes for large projects. Additional experience includes project supervision at Psychofest Psikologi UNAIR, overseeing recruitment and event management, and partnership management at Airlangga Safe Space, where standard operating procedures were redesigned. Bima holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Airlangga.
