Simon Day

Simon Day is a co-founder of The Cultured Collective and Wholesome Heroes, established in 2022 and 2023 respectively, focusing on high-quality fermented foods and all-natural plant-based products. As an angel investor since 2022, Simon has supported several innovative brands, including Yummo's, THE PACK, My Emissions, Citizens of Soil, Bold Bean Co, and NICE, all aimed at promoting sustainability and nutritious offerings. Previously, Simon co-created the plant-based brand Squeaky Bean and served as the UK Marketing Partner for Vivera, the fastest-growing meat-free brand in the UK. Notable achievements also include creating unearthed, the UK's leading chilled European food brand. Simon holds a BSc in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School.
