Andrew P. Sand has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Andrew P. most recently served as the VP of Operations, Strategic Partners at Bold Penguin starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held roles such as VP, Head of Product at Buckle from 2021 to 2023, Head of Commercial Auto at Farmers Insurance from 2020 to 2021, Director of Product Management - Commercial Lines at Mercury Insurance from 2008 to 2019, Sales & Service Director at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah Insurance Exchange from 2007 to 2008, and held various roles at Progressive Insurance from 1990 to 2006, including Sales & Service Director, Product Manager, and Product & Financial Analyst.

Andrew P. Sand received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing & Logistics from The Ohio State University in 1989. Andrew P. later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, completing it in 1996.
