Nicholas Picciuto

Nicholas Picciuto has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Nicholas currently holds the position of Director of Cloud Engineering and Technical Operations at Bold Penguin since March 2023. Before joining Bold Penguin, Nicholas worked as an Engineering Manager at the same company from July 2021 to March 2023.

Prior to their role at Bold Penguin, Nicholas served as the Director of Software Development at AdhereHealth, LLC from August 2020 to July 2021. During their tenure, they oversaw product delivery and technical operations, led multiple teams, and implemented lean agile approaches to improve process efficiency.

Before that, Nicholas held the position of Head of Engineering at ThreatSwitch from October 2018 to October 2019. Nicholas also worked as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering at Crystal Knows from January 2016 to October 2018, where they managed the engineering team, developed systems architecture, and introduced best practices.

Nicholas has also obtained additional certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2024, as well as a certification in Systems Analysis and Design from Brain Bench in 2010.
